"Hitler had the right idea! He was just an underachiever! Kill 'em all, Adolf! All of them! Jew! Mexican! American! White! Kill 'em all! Start over! The experiment didn't work! Rain 40 days! Please fucking rain to wash these turds off my life! Wash these human waste of flesh and bone off this planet! I pray to you God to kill these fucking people!"

No, I am not a Nazi sympathizer. Not even close. If you think so, you are wrong. But I am a Bill Hicks sympathizer (whatever the hell that means) and this line of his is quite infamous.

On a show in Chicago in 1989 one audacious member of the audience continously yelled "FreeBird" at Hicks during his performance. Since Hicks was (before his untimely death in '94) preoccupied with people having souls of their own and just being good people and evolving, this naturally pissed him off. At one point he got fed up and yelled the line cited at the top of this page.

The reason I am posting this on my site is because I pretty much agree to what Hicks said. Please God, (and NO, not a god in the christian sense, just a supreme being, could be a intelligent sandwich for all I care) kill all these fucking people. Now. People can be such uncaring assholes, and guess what? They mostly are, not excluding myself.

It should be noted that Hicks regarded himself as a misanthropic humanist. He really did wish for us to evolve and "get the fuck off this planet" and explore space in peace and love, together, but then he looked at the world and saw how humans really are. Humans was, at that night, represented by the asshole who kept yelling "Freebird!". He was an asshole, and so are most other people.

If you listen to the soundclip of how it went down, you'll gain a slightly better understanding of what I'm talking about here.

Listen to the soundclip here.
